If you have made your way to this blog post, you have probably seen some of my videos regarding journals and journal prompts.

The reason I have always enjoyed writing and keeping journals is that I have used them as a form of self-therapy. There are times when we go through a personal hard time, or we just want to find a way to organize our thoughts.

So, what are my journal prompts?

The majority of my journal prompts were in regard to my deepest insecurities and self-improvement prompts. I am, like many other people, have insecurities. In my opinion, insecurities are not inconveniences; there are hurdles in life that I have the choice to overcome and, in turn, become a better person on the other side. If this resonates with you, I hope you can get good use out of these prompts.

I always write - "After I finish writing my journal prompt entries, I should write how are you going to fix the issue or find ways to implement the changes I want to make."

  • Why do I think I am a failure?

  • What is failure to me?

  • Why don't I have confidence?

  • What do I think success is

  • what do I need to improve about myself?

  • Why am I scared to do the things that I know will make me successful?

  • Why don't I trust myself?

  • What is the work I have been avoiding

  • What do I want this yearly quarter to look like

  • What are the things I can control

  • What control do I have to change my life?

  • What in my life is disappointing

  • What can I do to remove unproductive social media in my life?

  • How can I take care of myself better?
